TrueFlow Plumbing
Friendly blue and white with a two minute quote flow.
Plumbers get called by people who are stressed and often standing in water. They are not reading, they are scanning for a way to make contact, and a form asking for a detailed description of the problem is the wrong thing to put in front of them.
The tone is deliberately warm rather than corporate. A stressed customer choosing between three plumbers picks the one that felt easiest to deal with, and that impression is set before anyone speaks.
Design decisions
- 01
The quote flow is short questions, one at a time
What kind of job, how urgent, where. Short steps feel faster than one long form containing the same fields, and finished forms are the only ones worth anything.
- 02
Emergency and booked work are answered differently
A burst pipe and a bathroom renovation are the same trade and completely different conversations. One page treating them as one enquiry serves both badly.
- 03
Plain language, no trade vocabulary
Customers do not know what they need. Writing the options in the words they would use is what lets them answer at all.
What is built into it
- Two-minute quote flow
- Separate emergency path
- Plain-language options
- Services page
TrueFlow Plumbing is a design study. The business, its address and its reviews are invented so we can show a finished website instead of a flat mockup. Nothing on this page describes a real client of VinaPage.
