Medi Spa Website Design Study

Sérène Medi Spa

Cold luxury in smoke and chrome with a concierge style enquiry.

Sérène Medi Spa demo website preview

At the top of the medi-spa market nobody books a four thousand dollar programme from a web form. The site is not the transaction, it is the thing that decides whether a consultation is worth someone's afternoon.

Most premium beauty sites reach for warm cream and brass, which now reads as a template rather than as expensive. Cold metal and smoke sits closer to how this clinic actually presents, and it separates the brand from every competitor using the same warm palette.

Design decisions

  1. 01

    Enquiry replaces booking entirely

There is no instant book button, because instant booking at this price would be answered with suspicion. The path is a considered enquiry that leads to a consultation.

  2. 02

    Programmes, not treatments

The clinic sells courses over months. Listing individual sessions with individual prices invites the wrong comparison against a cheaper salon down the road.

  3. 03

The enquiry runs as concierge steps

Broken into short stages with one question at a time, which reads as attentive service rather than as a long form.

What is built into it

  • Concierge enquiry steps

  • Clinic page
  • Membership page

Sérène Medi Spa is a design study. The business, its address and its reviews are invented so we can show a finished website instead of a flat mockup. Nothing on this page describes a real client of VinaPage.
