The studio
A small builder in Riverhead, working only with architects, and only on a few houses at a time.
We take on architect-designed homes only, never more than three at a time, and treat the drawings as the contract.

“They read our drawings better than we do. Details we agonised over were built without a single question at the wrong moment.”
