Before you come
- When should I arrive?
- Fifteen minutes early. That gives you time to change, sip a tea and let the rush fall off before we begin.
- What do I wear?
- Whatever is comfortable. We provide robes, slippers and towels, and you undress only to your own comfort.
- Can I come while pregnant?
- Yes. Our Mother-to-be massage is safe from the second trimester. Just let us know when you book.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Move or cancel free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside that we ask for half the ritual price, since the time is held for you.
- Do the vouchers expire?
- Gift vouchers are valid twelve months from purchase and can be used against any ritual or package.
- Is it quiet?
- Very. Phones stay in the lockers, voices stay low, and the loudest thing most days is the birdsong.
