- Walk in or book ahead?
- Both work. Walk in and take the next free chair, or book a seat to skip the queue on weekends. Saturdays fill fast.
- How do custom art quotes work?
- Send a screenshot on Instagram or bring one in. We price the art in the chair before we start, so nothing is a surprise at the till.
- Can you take off my old set?
- Yes. A soak-off and tidy is $20 on its own, or free when you are getting a new set with us the same day.
- How do I make them last?
- Cuticle oil daily, gloves for the dishes, and no using them as tools. Chrome and gel should give you three to four weeks.
- What if one chips or lifts?
- Pop back in for a repair at $12 a nail. If a nail lifts in the first week, we sort it for free.
- Is there an age limit?
- Under sixteens are welcome with a parent along. Bring your ideas and your camera roll.
