Pick your bar and a time. We hold every booking for ten minutes, then the chair goes back to walk-ins.

Good to know

Can I just walk in?: Always. Every bar keeps chairs open for walk-ins. Booking a slot only guarantees your time, which matters most at lunch and on Saturdays.
Will it really take 45 minutes?: Your booked service runs to its listed time. Gel colour is 45 minutes from sitting down to paying up. Add-ons take a few extra minutes, quoted before we start.
What if I am running late?: Call the bar. We hold your chair for ten minutes past your slot, then it goes to the next walk-in so nobody waits on a no-show.
Can we come as a group?: Up to four together at any bar with a day's notice. For more, you can book out the whole Ponsonby bar for a private hour on Sundays.
How long are gift cards valid?: Twelve months from the day you buy them, usable at any of the three bars against any service or add-on.
Is the gel kind to my nails?: We use a soak-off system that cures hard and lifts off clean, so your natural nail stays healthy between visits. No drilling, no damage.
