Before you enquire
- Do I need a consultation first?
- Yes. Every programme begins with a private consultation so we can plan properly, and the fee is credited to your first treatment.
- How private is it?
- Very. An unmarked entrance, one guest at a time in the shared spaces, and appointments spaced so paths do not cross.
- Will there be downtime?
- Most treatments leave nothing to see. Where a programme involves resurfacing, we tell you the day before and plan it around your week.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Move or cancel up to 48 hours ahead at no cost. Inside that the appointment is charged, since the time is held for you alone.
- How long are gift vouchers valid?
- Twelve months from purchase, redeemable against any treatment or programme.
- Can I keep the same therapist?
- Always. You will see the same person at every visit, unless you would prefer otherwise.
