Common questions
- How do you give programme certainty?
- We build the programme during pre-construction, test it against real subcontractor availability and long-lead items, then report against it every week. If a date is at risk you hear it early, while there is still time to act.
- Can you work while our building stays occupied?
- Most of our fit-out and refurbishment work happens around people who never stop trading. We book access with each tenant ahead of time, push the loud work to nights and weekends, and keep clean, separated site access.
- What does the weekly report contain?
- Cost forecast against the contract sum, programme against the contract date, procurement status, health and safety, and any decisions we need from you. One document, the same format every week.
- How do you handle procurement and tendering?
- We tender subcontract packages openly and share the results. We work lump sum, negotiated, ECI or construction management, whichever suits your funding and risk position.
- How is safety managed on site?
- Through an independently audited system, a safety plan written for your specific site, inductions for everyone who comes on, and weekly reporting that sits alongside cost and programme.
