Good to know
- How often do lash infills need doing?
- Every two to three weeks keeps a set looking full. Leave it much longer and it is usually a fresh set rather than an infill.
- Do I need a patch test?
- For your first lash treatment or any tint, yes. A quick dab behind the ear at least 24 hours before, so we know your skin is happy.
- How do I look after lashes and brows at home?
- Keep new lashes dry for 24 hours, brush them daily, and skip oil-based cleansers near the lash line. We send you home with the full run-down.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Life happens, so give us 24 hours where you can. Inside that, or a no-show, we ask for half the service to cover the held time.
- How long are gift vouchers valid?
- Twelve months from the day you buy them, against any service or a set dollar amount.
- Is there parking?
- Free two-hour parking along Wharf Street, and the Elizabeth Street car park is a two-minute walk away.
