How do I book?: Lumen is appointment only. Send a request through the form or text the studio, and we confirm by text within the hour on studio days.
Do you take a deposit?: Yes. A $30 deposit holds your chair and comes off your total on the day. It lets us keep one client per artist, with no rushed turnover.
Can you remove another studio's work?: We can. Book a soak-off and recovery, and we take the old set down gently before starting fresh.
How do I care for a new set?: Oil the cuticles daily, wear gloves for cleaning, and book your infill at three to four weeks. Structured gel lasts best when it is never picked.
How long do gift vouchers last?: Twelve months from the day you buy them, redeemable against any service.
Do you take walk-ins?: No. Every hour is booked in advance so the studio stays quiet and the work stays careful.
