What you get in writing when the crew drives away.
Workmanship guarantee
Every structure carries a 5-year workmanship guarantee in writing, on top of the maker’s cover on hardware and coatings.
Timber and finish warranty
Hardwood decks are warranted against structural rot for 15 years; composite boards carry the maker’s 25-year surface warranty.
Contract and cover
A fixed-price contract, full public liability cover, and a producer statement on anything that needs engineering sign-off.
