Not for needling, peels, laser or IPL. Most protocols ask for six months clear. Facials and LED are usually still available, confirmed case by case.

Two days for a hydro facial, two weeks for a peel, four to six weeks for needling. Never try something new in the fortnight before a wedding.

The treatment time on the menu plus about ten minutes. First appointments run fifteen minutes longer for a skin history.

Facials and LED are relaxing. Peels tingle. Needling and RF use numbing cream applied thirty minutes beforehand. IPL feels like a rubber band flick.

Yes. There is seating in reception, though treatment rooms are one client at a time.

After a facial, LED or hydro facial, straight away. After needling, peels or IPL, leave it for 24 to 48 hours and use the post-treatment products you are given.

Hydration and glow are same day. Pigment clears over one to two weeks. Collagen change from needling and RF shows from week four and keeps building to week twelve.

Call the clinic. Reactions are uncommon and almost always settle, but we would rather look at it than have you wait it out at home.

A $50 deposit secures advanced treatments and comes straight off the treatment price on the day.

Give at least 24 hours notice and the deposit carries over. Inside that window a $30 fee applies, or the deposit is held.

Packages, prepaid plans and vouchers stay valid for 12 months from purchase, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Courses can be paid up front for the package rate, or per session at the single-session rate. There is no interest-free finance at the clinic.
