Changing your appointment
Please give at least 24 hours notice to move or cancel. Inside that window a $30 fee applies, or the deposit is held.

Deposits
A $50 deposit secures advanced treatments and comes straight off the treatment price on the day.

Packages and vouchers
Services, packages, prepaid plans and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable, and stay valid for 12 months.

Results
Outcomes vary with skin condition, lifestyle and aftercare. Your practitioner will tell you what is realistic before you commit.
