It is a sequence, not a facial
Clearing acne means settling inflammation first, then resurfacing, then holding it. Treatments given in the wrong order are why courses stall.
What it is
A staged clearing course. Deep cleansing and clinical extractions first, then peels and light therapy as the inflammation settles.

Why it is worth it
Clearing acne means settling inflammation first, then resurfacing, then holding it. Treatments given in the wrong order are why courses stall.
What you do on the other twenty seven days matters more than the appointment. The prescription is written to be kept, not to be impressive.
Skin often looks worse around week two as congestion surfaces. Being told that in advance is the difference between staying the course and abandoning it.
Choosing a practitioner
Ask how many acne courses the practitioner has run to completion, not how many treatments they offer. Clearing skin is a long game and experience shows.
Asked about acne programme
Eight to twelve weeks for most inflammatory acne, longer for hormonal patterns along the jaw. You will be given a realistic number at the consultation.
If your acne is cystic or scarring, yes. Some cases need medical management and a clinic that pretends otherwise is wasting your money.
Bring them. Some will stay, some are probably making it worse. You will be told which and why.
Post-inflammatory pigment fades with time and SPF. Actual scarring is a separate conversation and a separate treatment, once the active acne has settled.
A 45 minute mapping appointment reads your skin and sets the order of treatments. Nothing is booked until you agree to it.
