A few things to know before you come, and a note to say when you would like to. We confirm within the day.

Give someone the whole day off

A gift voucher for any retreat, any treatment, or an afternoon in the water. It comes as a card worth keeping, and it holds good for a year.

The questions guests ask most, answered straight.

What should I bring?: Swimwear and yourself. Robes, towels, slippers and tea are all here, and there are lockers for everything else.
Can you sort transfers from town?: Yes. We can arrange a pickup from central Rotorua or the airport, twenty minutes each way. Ask when you book.
Can I come while pregnant?: Yes, with care. Our Mama-to-be massage is safe from the second trimester, and we will steer you to the cooler pools. Let us know when you book.
Do you take groups?: Up to ten by private hire, and the whole retreat can be yours for the day. For five or more, email us and we will build it around you.
Do gift vouchers expire?: They are valid for twelve months and can go towards any retreat, any treatment, or a soak on its own.
How early should I arrive?: Fifteen minutes before your session. Change slowly, take a tea, and let the drive fall off before we start.

Tell us when you would like to come and we will confirm within the day. Sessions start at 9am, 12.30pm and 4pm.
