Three bedrooms in Atawhai

The Kereama family came to us after two winters in a rental where the bedroom walls grew mould faster than they could wipe it. Their home above the Haven took ten months to build. They moved in at the start of winter, the honest test, and the house has sat near twenty degrees since. The first full power bill came to $86.70, most of it hot water.
